By creating an account or accessing the 4sHrSupport platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and 4S HR Support Private Limited ("4sHrSupport"), governing your access to and use of the 4sHrSupport Workforce Operations Suite, including all associated software, features, APIs, and documentation (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Service
4sHrSupport provides a cloud-based Workforce Operations Suite combining HRMS, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Payroll, and AI-powered analytics.
Access & Availability
Subject to these Terms, 4sHrSupport grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Platform during your subscription term for internal business purposes.
Service Modifications
We may modify or update features with reasonable notice and will not materially reduce core functionality without providing an alternative or pro-rata refund.
Service Levels
We target 99.5% uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise SLAs are defined in your subscription agreement.
Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
Plans & Fees
Fees are published on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions.
Payment
Billed in advance monthly or annually. Fees exclude applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated.
Free Trial
Trial periods end with a required plan selection or access suspension. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time.
Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle with no refund for unused time.
Late Payment
Accounts may be suspended after 10 days of non-payment. Interest may accrue at 1.5% per month or the legal maximum.

Your Data
Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you submit ("Customer Data"). 4sHrSupport claims no IP rights over Customer Data.
Security
We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, RBAC, audit logging, and regular security assessments.
Portability
Export your data anytime during an active subscription. After termination, 30 days are provided before secure deletion.
Aggregated Data
We may use anonymized, non-identifiable data to improve the platform and publish benchmarks. It will never identify you or your employees.
Intellectual Property
The Platform - including all software, AI models, algorithms, interfaces, designs, and content created by 4sHrSupport - is owned by 4S HR Support Private Limited and protected by applicable IP laws.
These Terms do not transfer any 4sHrSupport IP to you. The 4sHrSupport name, logo, and product names are trademarks of 4S HR Support Private Limited and may not be used without prior written consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties may exchange confidential information in connection with the Service. Each party agrees to: keep confidential information secret with at least reasonable care; use it only to fulfill obligations under these Terms; and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except to employees with a legitimate need to know.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to them, or is required to be disclosed by law.
Warranties & Disclaimers
4sHrSupport warrants that the Service will perform materially in accordance with its documentation. Your sole remedy for breach is repair, replacement, or a pro-rata refund at 4sHrSupport's discretion.
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." 4sHrSupport disclaims all other warranties - express or implied - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
4sHrSupport's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. 4sHrSupport is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Termination
By You
Cancel anytime via account settings or support contact. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
By 4sHrSupport
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach (unremedied within 10 days), non-payment, legal obligation, or regulatory necessity.
Effect
Upon termination, access ends immediately. IP, Confidentiality, Liability, and Governing Law clauses survive termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first subject to 30-day good-faith negotiation, then to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English in 4sHrSupport's jurisdiction of incorporation.
